CONTEST OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S., EXCLUDING THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PUERTO RICO. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Sponsor: Colorado Components, Inc., 830 South 12th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501 (“Sponsor”).

Term: The Ugliest Quad Contest (“Sweepstakes”) begins November 1, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), and ends on November 15th, 2012 at 5 p.m., MST (“Term”). A separate sweepstakes will be held for each annual term.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the continental 50 United States, excluding the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Void where prohibited. Employees of Colorado Components and its affiliated companies and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

All entrants must include full name and location to be considered. All entries and requests become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Illegible entries and entries with P.O. boxes are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated, postage due, or entries not received in time for drawing. No limit of sweepstakes image entries per person/address/email address/month no matter what method of entry is used. Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, illegible, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software or any combination thereof or for lost, stolen, late, misdirected or mutilated entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned.

Prizes: Sponsor will award one full set (4 MotoSport Alloys wheels) (Approximate Retail Value of prize: $400+) one time at end of the Term. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

Winner Selection: Potential winner(s) will be selected in by employee(s) of Sponsor and winners will be contacted via our Facebook page and at end of term the submission page will include winner name and image. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate selection after which the prize will remain unawarded. Prizes for each month will be fulfilled 6-8 weeks from the date of the drawing for the corresponding month. Prizes will be shipped to the address provided as confirmed by the winner within seven (30) calendar days of notification. All decisions of Sponsor are final. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Restrictions: Limit one (1) prize per individual/household during the Term. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value, should the prize become unavailable for any reason. Any and all taxes and costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting any prize, winners consent to use of his/her name or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have agreed to use and disclosure of all personal information submitted with image, for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes.

Conduct: By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sponsor web site; (b) violating these Official Rules; (c) violating the Official Rules of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Sponsor property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and related entities (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize from or arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (1) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Internet: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Online entry can only be made via one (1) e-mail address per person. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Force Majeure: The failure of the Releasees to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of the Releasees (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

Disputes: Except where prohibited or otherwise outlined in these Official Rules, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Colorado or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Colorado.
